All of our products come with a lifetime repair and maintenance service; if you ever need something repaired, extended, shortened, or polished, just send it to us and we will fix it up and send it back to you free of charge. Some situations are not covered by this; for example, if you want a bracelet extended into a necklace that will probably cost extra, but if you just want a few inches added on that is free.
